This is an exceptional park due to the wide variety of activities available and it’s spacious expanse right in the downtown neighborhood in East Fort Lauderdale!
The playground is located near the Sunrise Boulevard entrance and offers a smaller playground for the younger toddlers to explore along with baby swings and a few pieces of climbing equipment and larger playgrounds, swings and equipment to keep teenagers entertained and challenged. The piece de resistance is the locomotive from the 1920s on display! It’s a favorite and a must-see!
Restrooms are located centrally.
There are many walking paths throughout the park, making it ideal for walkers, joggers and bicyclists. Fitness Stations are positioned across the park, easily accessed from the paths.
Classes are offered across the Social Center and Activity Center and organized, outdoor sports and recreational activities are available through the Gym. If you have fur family, don’t miss the spacious and grassy area within the park!

Come check out the newly opened Dog Park at Holiday Park! Dogs are allowed to play and run within the fenced area, a large, grassy and protected zone within the park. If you live or are visiting East, this gem will help make your fur family very happy! Easy access from the playground area.

JIMMY EVERT TENNIS CENTER
The Center features 18 lighted clay courts, three hard courts, a clubhouse with locker and shower facilities, players’ lounge and a Tennis Hall of Fame. Its rich and distinguished history includes everything from teaching children how to improve their serves and backhands to contributing to the development of tennis professionals such as Chris Evert and Jennifer Capriati.
